TROWBRIDGE PAVILION
Space: 7200 sq.ft.
Base rental cost: $350
The Trowbridge Pavilion is a 140x80 building, completely enclosed and perfect for large events. Exhibit booths along walls,restrooms, large loading door.

As with all fairgrounds buildings, heating, electrical and other additional services are added to the base cost of the rental.

All available: tables,chairs,stage,podium, PA system, drapes and poles system. Kitchen modernized in 2011 including gas oven with grill, commerical freezer-refrigerator-dishwasher-mixer, 300 ct place setting with wine glasses.

KEERINS HALL-NORTH MEETING ROOM
Space: 1287 sq.ft.
Base rental cost: $35
33x39 meeting room with restroom, seating with tables and chairs 60-75 people or chairs only approximately 75-100 people.

This room is also a great place to hold a yard sale. Combine with your friends and make it really full.

Cook range and refrigeration available for additional cost. Please call or email with anything you might need
KEERINS HALL-MIDDLE ROOM
Space: 684 sq.ft.
Base rental cost: $30
18x38 meeting room with seating with table & chairs for 25-30, or with chairs only 30-45.

HERITAGE BUILDING
Space: 26,250 sq.ft.
Base rental cost: $175
Base rate of $175 is for one day with lights

150x175 clear span indoor arena with panel fence, loose soil floor, lights, 8 overhead doors. Soil can be compacted to hard surface at additional charge as needed. Bleachers are available upon request at additional charge.
